Lanzhou City University is a provincial full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education in February 2006. The school's predecessor was1Lanzhou Normal College, which was founded in June 1958, and1Perry Petroleum School, which was founded by New Zealand friend Alley in May 1942.
