Hubei University, located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, is a provincial-level key comprehensive university approved by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education. It has been selected as one of the leading universities in Hubei Province's "201/plan", "T 10 National Alliance of Famous Tourism Schools" and "National College Students' Cultural Quality Education Base". As one of the top ten tourist colleges in China assessed by the National Tourism Administration, it is an excellent college with undergraduate teaching level assessment by the Ministry of Education, a school with the qualification of "National Training Plan" by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, a second-class qualification college with secret weapons and equipment research and production, and a receiving college for overseas students from China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. It is the only IELTS test center approved by the Ministry of Education and the British Embassy in Hubei Province.
