No penalty points. That bank card belongs to a local bank card, and there is no small deposit management fee. I'm from HKUST. Generally, I don't charge for my card, but the four major banks charge a little management fee when it's less than 300. I think it's good to use that card. There is no annual fee, but it can't be used elsewhere because of geographical restrictions. I hope to adopt it, hehe.
