Dual-certificate MPA mainly adopts part-time and full-time training modes of directional training.

The length of study is generally 3 years. The credit system is implemented, with a total of 5 1 credit. Among them, there are 6 credits for public compulsory courses, 27 credits for core courses, 6 credits for professional compulsory courses 10, 6 credits for professional elective courses and 2 credits for social practice and special lectures. Dissertations do not count as credits.

When calculating credits, double certificate MPA takes more time than document MPA.
