Liu Zegang, male, born in July, 1974, Yunxian County, Hubei Province, is a law lecturer. 1996 graduated from the law department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law. 1999 graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in law. In July of the same year, he stayed in school to teach in the political science teaching and research section of the School of Management. In September 2005, he was admitted to the School of Philosophy of Wuhan University, where he studied under Professor Deng Xiaomang, a famous Kant philosopher in China, and studied for a doctorate in German philosophy (now). In June, 2006, he was transferred to the Department of Constitutional Law, School of Administrative Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He has published many academic papers in Modern Law, Social Scientists and New Oriental, and one of them was reprinted by China Social Science Abstracts. At present, the main research fields are constitutional law and philosophy of law.
