After the teacher's introduction and teaching of ERP this semester, it's a pity that we can't really operate in the enterprise, but we have learned a lot from the simulation application more or less and got practice. For a sustainable enterprise, how to run the enterprise, whether to sell the factory building, how much advertising fee to invest, how to choose the order, how many orders to place, how to produce a certain product, how to develop a certain product and market, etc. These problems need to be planned in advance, and every link needs to be planned clearly in advance. A lot of knowledge we have learned will get different gains after putting it into practice, which can help us to understand knowledge more deeply and think more thoroughly.

Experimental content
In this course, we learned the application of three management systems, namely, inventory management subsystem, sales management subsystem and procurement management subsystem.
At the beginning of the class, the teacher explained the main process of ERP supply chain to us. I think this is a very rare course, because it is difficult to understand without practice. When the teacher explains the following management subsystem, we are allowed to operate it ourselves. When I first started doing it, I couldn't find this and that, and I always made mistakes. I am prone to make mistakes when setting warehouse and product number in inventory management subsystem. The set product number and batch number can never be displayed in the system, and the warehouse location is always insufficient. However, after many revisions, it was found that the management of batch number could be cancelled and the warehouse location could be entered when warehousing, which solved all these problems. As I become more and more proficient in the system, it will not be too difficult to get started. At first, I used my classmate's product number and warehouse, and my own product number was in the warehouse of Beijing and Shanghai factory, so I used it because the system could not recognize it. Later, I handed in my homework after class and stayed in the training room, learning my mistakes again and again, so I re-established a product number, removed the batch number management, and successfully made an error-free product number.
When learning the sales management subsystem, each document is closely related. Customer orders, shipping notices and sales orders are closely linked, and there can be no mistakes. As long as there is a problem, nothing can be done later. When doing this subsystem, I was very patient. If there is nothing wrong, it can be finished in a few minutes, but if there is something wrong, you have to find the wrong one in every class. For example, when I first made a delivery notice and transferred it to a sales order, the product number of the customer's order was inconsistent with the delivery notice, and the sales order was not copied from the previous document. There are always problems with this system. I don't know how to solve it, so I keep asking my teachers and classmates. Finally, I learned after a class that in order to make a return notice, we must first make a customer order. Otherwise, the information is inconsistent, and there is no way to sell the goods without the delivery notice. It is easy to solve the problem if you know where it is. I did it again and it went well.
When I was studying the purchasing management subsystem, I also had similar problems as above. Did not pay attention to the choice of suppliers and customers, resulting in their own purchase requisition not transferred to the purchase order. At the time of final maintenance, the confirmation in the logo box of the purchase code is always not displayed. In fact, the mistakes I made this time are the same as those I made when I made the sales management subsystem. I didn't pay attention to the consistency of the basic information of each document before and after.

After studying ERP software for more than two months, I have mastered the basic operation of ERP software and benefited a lot from it. I feel that learning ERP software will be very helpful for my social employment after graduation. As a college student, I know ERP systematically for the first time. When my teacher introduced this technology to us when I first started studying, I suddenly felt very backward. When the teacher mentioned ERP to us, few of us could really tell what it was, or even had never heard of it. As a college student in the new era, it is a great loss for me that I can't keep abreast of the new technologies in production and life. It turns out that ERP is not just a few esoteric letters, it can have a great impact on our production and life.
ERP represents the enterprise management mode in the new era, and its appearance once again proves the importance of scientific knowledge in the information society. An enterprise can no longer run smoothly by passion, courage and opportunity, but needs scientific management. For a long time, our students majoring in financial management have little chance to get in touch with the real operation of enterprises, and the establishment of ERP course is the best time to study and exercise. The inventory management subsystem of ERP system is integrated with other subsystems of ERP system. This kind of system integration and systematic information supply are beneficial to forward-looking financial analysis and prediction. To sum up, it is of practical significance to integrate the accounting information designed in ERP system according to the western management accounting concepts and methods with the existing accounting information system in China into the current financial accounting system in China to realize the integration of accounting information in ERP system.
