Guizhou University, referred to as Da Gui for short, was founded in 1902, located in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, China. It is a national key comprehensive university under the "2 1 1 project" jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Guizhou Provincial People's Government. It is a provincial key comprehensive university and the first batch of key universities in China. It is a key university of "Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Plan", "Excellent Agricultural and Forestry Talents Education and Training Plan" and "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan". [1] In 2012, it became the leading university in the collaborative innovation center of the Ministry of Education, and was selected as one of the 14 high-level universities in the western region of the Ministry of Education, a member of the "Midwest University Alliance" and one of the earliest universities established in China.
