5. Establish a labor education evaluation system. Incorporate labor literacy into the evaluation system of students' comprehensive quality. According to the objectives and content requirements of labor education, we should combine process evaluation with result evaluation, improve and perfect the evaluation standards, procedures and methods of students' labor literacy, make full use of modern information technology, carry out process monitoring and documentary evaluation of labor education, and give full play to the educational orientation and feedback improvement functions of evaluation. The evaluation result of labor literacy is an important content to measure students' all-round development and an important basis for awarding prizes.
6. Strengthen the construction of labor education teachers. The school has established a team of full-time and part-time labor education teachers, mainly professional teachers, innovative and entrepreneurial tutors and counselors, supplemented by off-campus enterprise tutors and industry experts.
