Welcome to be a new member of Jinan University. When you enter school, you can voluntarily choose whether to move your household registration to the school.

1. Students who have not moved their registered permanent residence to the school should submit: a copy of the admission notice (undergraduates can submit the "registration copy" of the admission notice) and a copy of their ID cards when registering.

2. Students whose household registration has moved to the school should submit a copy of the admission notice 1 copy, the original and copy of the household registration certificate 1 copy and two copies of their ID cards when reporting for duty. Freshmen who choose to move their registered permanent residence into the school shall go through the transfer formalities with the public security department where their registered permanent residence is located, and the registration certificate shall be issued by the local police station. After freshmen get the Household Registration Certificate, please carefully check and check the following items:

1. The "migration address" of the household registration should be correct. The unified address of the new household registration is Jinan University, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.

2. The names on the household registration certificate, ID card and admission notice must be consistent, and cannot be replaced by aliases or previous names. If the name on the admission notice and the transfer certificate is inconsistent, it must be corrected before moving out. The ID number you hold must be consistent with the ID number on the migration certificate.

3. The name, gender, nationality, date of birth, citizen's ID number, place of birth, native place, marital status, reasons for migration, original address, moving address and other items on the migration certificate should be complete. Birthplace and native place must be marked as: xx city in xx province or xx county in xx province.

4. The migration certificate must be stamped with the special account seal of the local police station in the lower right corner, and the seal should be clear. Freshmen who have not received their ID cards should indicate in the remarks column that they have not received their ID cards when they move out of the police station; If you lose your ID card, you should report it to the police station, and the police station will issue a report of loss. When you apply for a new ID card, you should give it to the family card section of the school security office.

5. The computer police station should print the migration card by computer. If the handwritten migration card is filled in block letters, the contents on the migration card cannot be altered, and the alteration is invalid. The public security department will be unable to go through the formalities of entering the household.

6. Students are not allowed to transfer their registered permanent residence during school, except in special circumstances.
