The actual shooting places of TV series are Siming Campus of Xiamen University (headquarters of Xiamen University), Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University, Xiamen Campus of Huaqiao University, Xiamen Institute of Technology and Chinese College of Huaqiao University.

Elliston College in the sequel "Watching Meteor Shower Together" was mainly filmed in Xiamen Institute of Technology, Huaqiao University. The plot arrangement F4 studied in Class 2, International Trade, Department of Finance, Elliston Business School. Meteor Shower (2009) and its sequel, Watch Meteor Shower Together (20 10), are key TV dramas created by Hunan Satellite TV.
