After college students are approved to join the army, the remaining tuition and fees have been paid and returned by the school or managed by the school according to their own wishes. After retiring from active service, if the family is in financial difficulties, the school will reduce the tuition fees as appropriate; Those who enjoy outstanding student scholarships before enlisting will be promoted to scholarship level after resuming their studies (excluding first-class scholarships); Those who have won third-class merit in the army will be exempted from tuition fees at a rate of not less than 50% after resuming school; Those who have won two third-class merit awards or two second-class merit awards and first-class merit awards will be exempted from paying all tuition fees after resuming school.
After the retired college students return to school, if the original school is revoked, the education administrative department of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) will arrange for them to be transferred to the relevant professional colleges to resume their studies with the same academic ability; If the original major is revoked, the school will arrange to transfer to other majors to resume school; Individual learning difficulties, you can apply for an extension of study time; Those who apply for the postgraduate entrance examination will be given priority under the same conditions. In the army, those who have won the third-class merit can apply to transfer to other majors in our school, and former junior college students can transfer to the same or similar majors in our school without examination. If they are junior college students of independent colleges, the education administrative department of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the school reports shall be responsible for the arrangement; Those who have won the second class or above can walk the graduate students of this major without examination after graduation. If a recruit is returned during the isolation review period or is not suitable for continuing military service due to physical reasons, the school shall allow him to resume his studies.
At the same time, the conscription work stipulates that college students should be arranged as far as possible to serve in troops with high academic qualifications, complex majors and strong skills, so as to give full play to their advantages and specialties and give full play to their talents. For outstanding college soldiers, priority is given to learning skills, selecting non-commissioned officers, applying for military schools, and directly promoting officers. For college students who have been discharged from the army and returned to school, if they voluntarily meet the relevant conditions, they will be given priority to be selected as national defense students during their studies at school or directly receive supplementary military cadres after graduation.
