After taking over the humanities class in Senior One, the prelude of class self-management began.
First of all, a class meeting with the theme of "self-esteem, self-confidence, self-discipline and self-improvement" was held to let the students know what I expect of them; Secondly, through voluntary registration, speech campaign, democratic voting and other means, two groups of class committees, the class Committee and the Youth League Committee, were formed.
