There are 74 faculty members, including 7 professors, 20 associate professors, 2 doctoral supervisors and 8 master supervisors/kloc-0. Among the professional teachers, there are 8 in-service doctoral students who have obtained doctoral degrees and 20 in-service graduate students who have obtained master's degrees. Musicology, as a national training base for physical education and art teachers, enrolls graduate students majoring in vocal music, piano, instrumental music and music theory 1 1. There are 42 full-time undergraduates1person, 93 master students and 703 adult students.

At present, the college has two independent music teaching buildings and two large concert halls of 12000 square meters in Suiyuan and Xianlin campuses. Teachers and students use more than 250 upright piano, 6 Steinway and Yamaha platform steels, 30 accordions, more than 350 Chinese and foreign musical instruments, nearly 1000 performance costumes (sets), 45,000 books and materials, 6,500 discs (sheets) of audio and video materials, and complete sets of performance audio equipment. The college also has a modern electric piano classroom, MIDI studio, multimedia audio-visual system, computer music teaching system, dance practice room, audio-visual room and so on.
