2. Enrollment plan: 200 students majoring in navigation technology and 200 students majoring in marine engineering.

3. Enrollment objectives:

(1), English-speaking boys are recruited nationwide after graduating from high school or secondary vocational school.

(2) Meet the occupational health standards for seafarers stipulated by the National Maritime Safety Administration, and be at least 18 years old.

(3) Admission of on-the-job crew members is not restricted by academic qualifications.

4. Education: According to the policy of the state and the administrative department of education, students take the principle of "voluntary registration, independent choice and self-financing" to participate in academic education.
