During the exhibition, those who buy new commercial housing outside the Second Ring Road in Wuhan will be given maintenance fund subsidies, including full subsidies for the first set of housing and 50% subsidies for the second set of housing.

In addition, in the new urban area of Wuhan, in addition to the maintenance fund subsidies, the first set of housing will be given full deed tax subsidies, and the second set of housing will be given 50% deed tax subsidies.

Wuhan also gives preferential policies to college graduates in terms of settlement, rent-free and provident fund loans. Specifically, all kinds of talents "can settle down when they come, and live for free when they come". College graduates under the age of 45 (graduate students are not restricted by age) can settle in Wuhan with their diplomas, and their spouses and minor children can move with them.

Young talent homes in all districts provide free accommodation for college graduates who come to China for employment and entrepreneurship within six years after graduation, as well as comprehensive services such as employment consultation, entrepreneurship guidance and talent exchange.

Special preferential policies:

Preferential policies for provident fund loans: Workers' families use housing provident fund loans to buy the first set of ordinary self-occupied housing, and high-level and high-skilled leading talents in our city can apply for housing provident fund loans within the range of 1.2 times of the current maximum loanable amount.

Preferential policies for housing provident fund in different places: employees who deposit housing provident fund in Wuhan metropolitan area can enjoy the "same city treatment" for loans when they buy houses in Han. After the loans, they can apply to use the housing provident fund deposited in different places to repay the loans in Wuhan on a monthly basis.

Additional preferential policies: During the exhibition, on the basis of the reasonable discount of the original pre-sale plan of the participating projects, the enterprise can give an additional discount of less than 5%, and provide the cardholders with special housing in the university area.

Interest rate policy of lending banks: Relevant commercial banks launched financial and credit support policies during the exhibition, especially providing preferential policies and measures such as the most favorable interest rate and green handling channels for college graduates in China.
