China's college entrance examination enrollment system is a provincial planning system. The enrollment plan is allocated by provinces, and the enrollment scores are determined by provinces according to their enrollment plans, examinations and candidates' wishes.
For example, the number of students enrolled in a science program in a province is 34,780, which is queued according to the results of the college entrance examination of candidates in the province. If the ratio is 1: 1, their ranking from high score to low score is 38258, and the final college entrance examination score is 359, so 359 is the lowest score in science in the province and the lowest admission control score we read in the newspaper.
The lowest score is an important basis for judging whether candidates can reach the college admission score. Some of the minimum admission scores will be higher than the adjustment line of colleges and universities, and some will wait for the adjustment line of colleges and universities.
There are two factors that determine the admission score:

The second is the actual number of applicants for a university.
If the number of applicants in a university is less than the enrollment plan, then its actual admission score line is the provincial control line, which can not be lower than the provincial control line, and can only be reduced or supplemented; If the number of applicants in a university far exceeds the enrollment plan, the final admission score will be higher than the provincial control line, which is the so-called actual admission score.
