It can be seen that they still care about the people and things around them. Most students still know some legal knowledge. For questions 5, 6 and 7, the design of the questionnaire is not reasonable enough, which may mislead students' thoughts and make the data untrue.
The results of this survey show that students' legal awareness is relatively weak and their knowledge is relatively lacking. Judging from the data, students don't care much about the legal issues in their lives. Perhaps they think that it is inevitable to encounter troubles in life, not legal problems, but also influenced by various factors such as family and society, which makes them think that rights are more useful than laws. Although 50% of the students answered the second question, "Take up legal weapons to protect yourself".
It is not surprising that most students think that the relevant regulations of the school are unreasonable and illegal. According to the analysis, there are the following possibilities: ① for one's own rights; 2 legal awareness; The answer itself is misleading. From our school, students' legal consciousness is not very strong, but it is related to their own interests and future, and to their future development. People will naturally feel unreasonable and legal. Everyone is a selfish animal, and no one will seek benefits for himself.
This questionnaire survey is a sampling survey and a professional survey, but in this process, the gender boundary is ignored. Different genders lead to different hobbies and concerns. Boys may have wider horizons and stronger opinions, while girls are much more relaxed. So the quantitative data is not accurate enough.
One of the questions in our questionnaire is this: What do you do when you are harassed in the car? The students have many answers. A large number of people think that they will leave silently and ignore it. A college student is like this. What about the people of all ethnic groups in our country? China is a country ruled by law and advocates the rule of law. However, crimes such as murder, arson, robbery and abduction of women and children are everywhere, even knowing the law and breaking the law. When this happens, how many people will stand up and say something or stop it? This also shows that the legal awareness of students and the public is still very weak.
The above statistical results are very satisfactory, because 92. 1 1% students want to know more about the law, and 45. 1 1% students think that the law is very useful in real life (even though there are still 1 1.65%. Judging from the statistical results of the second question, television is the most important tool and channel for students to understand legal knowledge, followed by books. From the last question, we can see that case teaching is the most acceptable teaching method for students, and many students are very concerned about the practicality of the Basic Law they are going to learn.
The highest score of this questionnaire is 100, and the lowest score is 1 1. 1, with an average score of 48.79. It shows that there are still many students who care about the people and things around them, and it also reflects the lack of legal knowledge of students. Generally speaking, the students of Grade 04 are still very enthusiastic about learning the Basic Law. We suggest that most students adopt effective teaching methods that they can accept, so that students can increase their knowledge, know life and care about people and things around them.
