Weihai Campus of Beijing Jiaotong University is located at No.69 Modern Road, Nanhai New District, Weihai City, Shandong Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. It is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Transport, the Beijing Municipal People's Government and China Railway Corporation. In the enrollment major, Weihai Campus has seven undergraduate professional information management and information systems (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), communication engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), computer science and technology (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), environmental engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), digital media art (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), business administration (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and accounting (hereinafter referred to as "Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools") in Qinghe Town, Haidian District.

The standard academic system of undergraduate course is five years for architecture major, four years for other majors and two years for second bachelor's degree. The standard academic system of higher vocational colleges (junior colleges) is three years.

Article 5

The enrollment work of Beijing Jiaotong University will fully implement the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents, media and all sectors of society.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 6

Beijing Jiaotong University has set up a school enrollment leading group, which is composed of the principal, the school leaders in charge of enrollment, the school leaders in charge of student affairs, and the heads of undergraduate colleges, student affairs offices and employment and entrepreneurship guidance centers. It is the decision-making body for undergraduate enrollment. Article 7

The office of the school discipline inspection commission and the Ministry of Supervision supervise the college entrance examination enrollment.

Article 8

As the permanent working body of the leading group for school enrollment, the Admissions Office is located in undergraduate colleges and is responsible for the daily work of enrollment in undergraduate and higher vocational colleges. Its duties are:

(a) to implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions or implementation rules of the provincial admissions committees;

(two) according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the state and the relevant provisions, prepare and submit the provincial and professional enrollment plans of the school;

(three) to formulate the school enrollment regulations;

(four) to organize enrollment publicity, consulting and other services;

(five) to organize and implement the enrollment work, and to be responsible for coordinating and handling the relevant issues in the enrollment work of our school;

(six) to organize and coordinate the examination of freshmen;

(VII) Organizing the independent entrance examination and special entrance examination of our school, taking charge of examination safety and epidemic prevention and control, identifying and handling the illegal candidates according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and reporting the results of handling violations to the provincial admissions office where the students are located;

(eight) to perform the corresponding duties of university enrollment information disclosure;

(nine) to support the relevant enrollment management departments to complete other work in enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 9

According to the annual enrollment scale approved by the Ministry of Education, combined with the school running conditions and previous provincial plans, based on the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, and taking into account the needs of national economic and social development and national policy orientation, the number of applicants for the college entrance examination in recent years, the quality of students, the employment situation of graduates, the degree of candidates' recognition of various majors in our school, various special types of enrollment and other factors, the provincial enrollment plans and related special plans are determined. The number of specific enrollment plans and elective subjects of all provinces and majors shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial recruitment office.

Article 10

Reserve 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination line. There is no reserved plan for higher vocational (junior college) enrollment.

Article 11

Other enrollment plans that have not been compiled by the provinces are used for enrollment of high-level art groups, high-level sports teams, high school classes in Tibet, high school classes in Xinjiang, Xinjiang cooperation plans, and art majors.

Chapter IV Admission

Article 12

Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, and under the unified organization of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), Beijing Jiaotong University implements the admission work in accordance with the principle of "the school is responsible and the recruitment office supervises" stipulated by the Ministry of Education.

Article 13 Filing (Filing)

Article 14 recognizes that

Candidates who enter the archives, when passing the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, are admitted and classified according to the candidates' grades and professional volunteers in accordance with the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers". There is no difference in professional level when you are divided into majors. Recognition of the national policies contained in the investment results will be rewarded with a maximum of 20 points. All college entrance examination plus points and scores shall not be used for enrollment projects such as high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams in our school.

Candidates who volunteer to fill in the report according to the professional groups of schools or colleges shall be admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) when they are enrolled and divided into majors. If the relevant batches have no sorting rules for the same score or the provinces and regions have special requirements, the scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive (the provinces with comprehensive reform of college entrance examination are the total scores of three elective subjects) will be compared in turn. For all candidates who can't meet the reported professional volunteers but meet the admission conditions and obey the adjustment, they will be transferred to unfinished majors according to the ranking of scores from high to low until the admission quota is full.

Volunteer to fill in by major (category), or volunteer to fill in the college professional group only contains one major (category), and meet the admission conditions, directly admitted to its volunteer major (category).

Foreign language and literature majors only recruit English candidates. English is the only foreign language teaching for electrical engineering and automation (new energy international class), design science, all Chinese-foreign cooperative schools and all higher vocational (junior college) majors. The standard of physical examination refers to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions.

According to the batch of volunteers, the number of first volunteer candidates is insufficient, and non-first volunteer candidates can be admitted. If the number of qualified non-first volunteer candidates is still insufficient, voluntary recruitment shall be carried out according to the arrangements of the corresponding provinces. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the unfinished plans will also be collected for voluntary admission according to the arrangement of the corresponding provinces. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Fifteenth special types of enrollment

According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment of special programs in colleges and universities, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, arts, second bachelor's degrees, etc. shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding enrollment brochures and relevant regulations.

The ethnic class plan only recruits ethnic minority candidates. According to the relevant documents, the score of candidates' investment should not be lower than 40 points below the investment line of ordinary majors (excluding Chinese-foreign cooperative education).

Candidates from high school classes in Tibet and Xinjiang in the Mainland, if the college entrance examination place is in the province where the college entrance examination is comprehensively reformed, should meet the requirements of the corresponding professional examination subjects.

Chapter V Others

Article 16

For undergraduate and higher vocational (junior college) candidates who have been approved by the Provincial Admissions Office and accepted by our school, a new admission notice issued by the principal and stamped with the official seal of Beijing Jiaotong University will be issued, and candidates will report to the designated campus with the admission notice.

Article 17

Candidates admitted to art majors are not allowed to transfer to non-art majors after entering school. Candidates admitted by Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools may not be transferred to non-Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools after admission. Students admitted to Weihai Campus cannot be transferred to Beijing Headquarters Campus. The majors run by different partners in Weihai Campus cannot be adjusted to each other. The specific transfer policy is implemented according to the relevant regulations issued by the school that year.

Article 18

After the new students enter the school, our school will review the admission qualifications of new students in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Order No.41of the Ministry of Education). Those who fail the second interview will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations until their admission qualification is cancelled, and those who have obtained their school status will be cancelled.

Article 19

According to the spirit of relevant national documents, except for arts and Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, the tuition standard for undergraduate majors in schools is generally 5,000 yuan or 5,500 yuan per academic year, and the tuition for the third and fourth grades of software engineering is16,000 yuan per academic year; Design major per academic year 10000 yuan.

The tuition fee for the major of Nano-materials and Technology (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) is 60,000 yuan per academic year, and the tuition fee for the major of Nano-materials and Technology is paid according to the current tuition standard of the University of Canada. The tuition fee for the major of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering (Sino-foreign cooperative education) is 60,000 yuan per academic year during the study period in the school headquarters, and the fees during the study period in the Australian UniversityofWollongong are charged according to the standards of the other party. The students of the above two Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools retain their academic status while studying abroad, and pay tuition fees at half of the tuition standards for science and engineering students at the same level in China every year.

The tuition of digital media art (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) in Weihai Campus is 85,000 yuan per academic year, and the tuition of other Chinese-foreign cooperative education majors is 80,000 yuan per academic year.

Accommodation fees in our headquarters campus vary from 750 yuan to 1200 yuan every academic year according to different accommodation conditions. Accommodation fee of Weihai Campus is per academic year 1200 yuan.

If the state adjusts the charging standard, it will be implemented according to the new regulations.

Article 20

The tuition fee for each major in higher vocational colleges (colleges) is 6000 yuan per academic year. Accommodation fee is 750 yuan every academic year.

According to the relevant regulations of Beijing, students admitted to higher vocational colleges (junior colleges) will not move their registered permanent residence.

Article 21

The school has a complete funding system of "award, assistance, loan, diligence, compensation" to ensure the all-round growth of students from poor families. On the day of freshmen's registration, a "green channel" was specially set up for students with financial difficulties. Students can apply for admission with proof of financial difficulties, and they don't have to pay tuition fees for the time being.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 24

Our school does not entrust any intermediary or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.

Article 25

Beijing Jiaotong University (Weihai Campus) enrolls students according to its articles of association.

Article 26

Recruiting overseas Chinese from Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province shall abide by the Articles of Association.

Article 27

The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail. If there is any misunderstanding in the contents of the enrollment regulations published by various media, the complete enrollment regulations published by our school shall prevail.
