China Ocean University strictly follows the standards set by Shandong Province and the price department of the province where the candidates are located, and collects tuition fees after the freshmen get the formal admission notice. The tuition fees for all majors enrolled by provinces (autonomous regions) are: 3,200 yuan/student/year in Shandong Province, 2,200 yuan/student/year in Yunnan Province, 3,200 yuan/student/year in Zhejiang Province, 2,400 yuan/student/year in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, 0/.800 yuan in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and 2,600 yuan/year in Anhui Province.

Admission is conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provincial (autonomous region) Education Admissions Examination Institute. If the actual enrollment of a major is less than 20 students, our school will adjust the teaching place or other forms according to the actual enrollment.

Education and degree

Those who pass the course will be awarded the diploma of China Ocean University (Adult Higher Education) recognized by the Ministry of Education. The graduation rates in recent three years are 98.5%, 99. 1% and 99.2% respectively. Adult undergraduate students have only one chance to take a foreign language degree and specialized courses during their school days. Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for conferring degrees can be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate (adult higher education) from China Ocean University.
