How is the Grpts on the American report card calculated?
Grpts is short for GradePoints. The formula for calculating the course grade point is:

GradePoint =NumbeofCredits (course credits) XGrade (grade points)

The scores of each school are different. The simple rules are as follows:

A=4.0, B=3.0, C=2.0, D= 1.0, and both e and f are 0.

The achievements of Harvard University are as follows:

A = 4.00,A-= 3.67,B+= 3.33,B = 3.00,B-= 2.67,C+= 2.33,C = 2.00,C-= 1.67,D+= 1.33,D。

For example, if the credit of a course at Harvard University is 3 and the student's grade is A-, then the grade point of this course is 3x3.67 =11.01.

The GPA of all courses adds up to the total GPA of this semester's report card. In addition, what is more important is GPA(GradePointAverage). GPA means average grade. The calculation formula of GPA is:

Gpa = total GPA/total credits.
