The major setting of studying abroad in Japan Women's Art University
Joshi Bi University of Art and Design, formerly a private girls' art school, was founded in 1900, and is the earliest women's art education institution in Japan. In the past century, Japan has trained many outstanding female artists. 1965 The Fine Arts Department added a design major. The art department enrolls undergraduates, postgraduates and junior college students from four-year universities.

Undergraduate courses include: painting (oil painting, printmaking, Japanese painting), design (product design, graphic design, environmental design), technology (dyeing design, ceramics, glass technology), and art (art history, chromatics, modeling theory).

College students are: clothing major (clothing design, clothing culture, embroidery) and modeling major (painting, sculpture, information design, space design, life design).

The research direction of master students is: art and design (visual modeling, environmental modeling, color planning).

The research directions of doctoral students are: art history, color theory and modeling expression.
