Male college students: 2.56m to 2.66m is excellent, 2.38m to 2.56m is good, 2.14m to 2.38m passes,1.99m to 2.12m fails;
Female college students: 1.99 m to 2.07 m means excellent, 1.79 m to 1.97 m means good, 1.58 m to 1.76 m means passing,1.42m.
The rule of standing long jump for college students is that each person jumps twice and gets the best result. In the process of long jump, be careful not to step on the line, the action is standardized, and the force is accurate to jump further.
Standing long jump technique based on body measurement;
First, pre-swing.
Open your feet left and right, shoulder width apart, and swing your arms back and forth. When swinging forward, straighten your legs. When swinging backwards, bend your knees to lower your center of gravity (the angle between thighs and calves is about 90 degrees), lean forward slightly, and swing your hands backwards as far as possible (your legs swing straight forward and bend backwards). In general, pre-swing 1-2 times.
Key points: coordination of upper and lower limbs. When swinging, the center of gravity is lowered by stretching and bending, and the upper body leans forward slightly.
Second, take off and fly.
Push your feet to the ground quickly and forcefully, and at the same time swing your arms slightly from back to front, jump forward and fly up, and fully expand your body. After take-off, when the body is at the highest point, belly in and thighs as close as possible to the upper body.
Key points: the pedal should be fast and powerful, the leg pedal and the hand swing should be coordinated, and the aerial exhibition should be sufficient, emphasizing the instantaneous pedal action before the forefoot leaves the ground.
Third, landing buffer.
Belly in, lift your legs, and stretch your calves forward. At the same time, your arms swing back hard and your knees are cushioned.
Key points: grasp the timing of calf extension, bend your legs forward, swing your arms backwards, and don't fall backwards after landing.
Fourth, cooperate with breathing.
The reasonable coordination between swing arm and breathing is very important in standing long jump. In the pre-swing, the arms are relaxed, slowly swing to the head from bottom to top, then inhale easily, and then exhale backwards from top to bottom.
When you want to take off, put your arms on your head quickly from bottom to top, and then take a deep breath with your hem to the back of both sides. The faster the better, but this is not exhaling, but holding your breath.
This can provide the maximum energy for the muscles before taking off, and enhance the instantaneous explosive force of the muscles when taking off.
