Medical College of Henan University was established in March, 20001,and its predecessor was Kaifeng Medical College. Since the establishment of the hospital, doctors have been adhering to the spirit of rivers and mountains for a hundred years, bearing in mind the school motto of "Mingde Xinmin, stop at perfection". After ten years of hard work, it has broken ground and sprouted. The College has 1 provincial key laboratories (Henan Natural Medicine and Immunology Engineering Laboratory), provincial engineering laboratory (Henan Antibody Medicine Engineering Laboratory) and provincial medical key laboratory (Cell and Molecular Immunology Laboratory), 2 scientific research laboratories and 3 university-level research institutes (Institute of Immunology, Institute of Molecular Medicine and Institute of Environmental Medicine). Since 2006, he has presided over 20 national natural science foundations, the national "863" sub-project 1, the national new drug creation project 1, 3 Henan outstanding talent innovation funds, more than 50 other projects, published more than 500 academic papers and more than 60 monographs and teaching materials.
