South China University's 20 17 General Undergraduate Admissions Charter stipulates that except for Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai, candidates' majors shall be determined according to the "clear score line".

There is no difference in professional level in the admission majors of University of South China. When the scores of the admission system are the same, the majors are arranged in the order of Chinese, mathematics and English and the order of scores.

Candidates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region arrange majors according to the principle of "voluntary majors";

Candidates in Jiangsu Province arrange their majors according to the principle of "Grading First". That is, at the time of admission, the scores of the college entrance examination in the bidding list are used as the benchmark scores, and the majors are assigned according to the principle of priority scores. When the benchmark scores are the same, the candidates are ranked according to their academic level test scores, and the candidates with the best scores are admitted.

Zhejiang and Shanghai enrollment is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the relevant enrollment documents of the source province, and the enrollment is based on merit.
