There are generally three ways to surf the Internet in universities. I usually use a mixture of these three methods and which one to use.

You can contact them directly and install broadband for the dormitory.

3. Finally, use the traffic of mobile phone to surf the Internet. Sometimes when the school network or broadband network speed is not good, you will generally choose to use traffic to surf the Internet.
