1, Introduction
Henan University of Science and Technology is located in Luoyang, the "Millennium Imperial Capital, Peony Flower City" and the sub-central city of Central Plains Economic Zone. The school was established in Beijing 1952. 1956, in order to meet the needs of the construction and layout of the national industrial base, it was moved to Luoyang, and later renamed Luoyang Institute of Technology, which belongs to the Ministry of Machinery Industry. 1998, transferred to Henan province for management.
In 2002, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the Henan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government merged Luoyang Institute of Technology, Luoyang Medical College and Luoyang Agricultural College to form Henan University of Science and Technology. In August, 2002, People's Republic of China (PRC) Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China (then governor of Henan Province) personally awarded the school card, and pointed out in his speech that "the establishment of Henan University of Science and Technology is an important measure for the provincial party committee and government to implement the strategy of rejuvenating Henan through science and education".

The National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the People's Government of Henan Province jointly established a university, a national demonstration university for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, a national pilot university for intellectual property rights, one of the three key comprehensive universities in Henan Province, the most competitive demonstration university in Henan Province, and the most ideal university in the eyes of Henan candidates.
