What does EQ mean?
EQ is the abbreviation of English emotional intelligence, and Chinese means "emotional intelligence". It represents a person's emotional intelligence. Simply put, EQ is an indicator of a person's ability to manage his own emotions and those of others, which is related to IQ. Emotional intelligence is usually tested in interviews of large enterprises.

The psychologist who really let the word "EQ" go out of the academic circle of psychology and become a catchy everyday language is Professor Daniel Gorman of Harvard University. His book EQ, published in 1995, has been on the bestseller list of all countries in the world, which has set off an EQ craze all over the world.

The development of emotional intelligence:

EQ EQ is formed in infancy, childhood and adolescence, and it is mainly cultivated in the later interpersonal communication.
