qualifications
1, college degree or above, working as an assistant lecturer for more than four years, able to train teachers;
2, can be competent for one or more courses and all teaching work, with high quality and good teaching effect;
3, master a foreign language, can read the professional foreign language books and materials.
Abnormal condition
Those who meet the following three conditions can be promoted to the position of lecturer.
1, the backbone of the school's education and teaching business, competent for the work of the class teacher, excellent for two consecutive years in the annual assessment, or excellent for three consecutive years in the past five years (excellent in that year);
2. Won the honorary titles of outstanding teachers, outstanding young teachers, outstanding educators, outstanding class teachers, advanced workers in moral education, teaching rookies, provincial spring silkworm award, city new seedling award, top-notch talents at or above the county level, and model workers at or above the city level;
3. The paper was read at a professional academic conference at or above the provincial level or was included in the collection of essays and won an award, or published more than two articles in newspapers at or above the provincial level, or wrote a professional textbook at or above the technical secondary school;
4, education, teaching and scientific research achievements won the provincial fourth prize, municipal third prize, county (city, district) first prize and above the main contributors. Or the classes and guidance groups taught won the first and second prizes in the provincial competitions (including the competitions organized by the Provincial Education Commission), or more than two students guided won the first and second prizes in the province;
5, college graduates engaged in the professional work for more than ten years or engaged in the professional work for more than fifteen years after graduation from secondary school.
