Professor Ye Xinggan, vice president of biosystems engineering and Food College of Zhejiang University, led the doctoral research team of Zhejiang University. It took 10 years to develop. It adopts advanced low-temperature concentration and biofilm filtration separation technology to extract low-molecular-weight citrus pectin and citrus flavonoids from citrus peel, and realizes the large-scale production of low-molecular-weight pectin for the first time in the world.
