I am outgoing, cheerful and proactive in my work. Since my internship in XX Bank, with the help of bank leaders, department leaders and colleagues, I have made great progress in my political thought and professional work.

At the beginning, I was so strange to everything here. Thanks to the concern of leaders at all levels and the help of colleagues, my progress has been guaranteed.

When I come into contact with some unfamiliar terms, I will look up relevant explanations on the Internet. If I really don't understand them, I will ask my colleagues, and everyone will take pains to explain them to me and try their best to expose me to more unfamiliar knowledge.

Through these months of study and training, I have a preliminary understanding of the business knowledge of this department, and I have basically been able to handle the skills of write-off alone.

From being unfamiliar with banking knowledge to now, I know I have made progress. I hope I can have more time to study hard in the future. I can take some remedial classes in related majors and take some exams on banking knowledge.
