Zhao Xinping, 1970 was born in An, a member of China Artists Association, a doctor of fine arts (tutor of Yang Xiaoyang, president of China National Academy of Painting), a distinguished painter of Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, an associate professor of the School of Art and Design of An Technology University, a tutor of master students, and the head of the art department. In 2003-2004, I went to Communication University in Stuttgart, Germany twice for academic exchange. In 2004, his work "New Nest" won the Bronze Award in the 10th National Art Exhibition, and in June 2006, he held a solo exhibition in Shaanxi Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting.
