Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, is a national "double-class" construction university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province. It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province and state administration of traditional chinese medicine, a key construction university in Jiangsu Province, and a high-level university in Jiangsu Province.

2. School history

Founded in 1954, the school is one of the earliest Chinese medicine institutions of higher learning in China. From 2065438 to September 2007, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was selected as a national "double-class" construction university.

3. School status

It is the recipient institution of China government's scholarship for international students in China, the founding member of the World-class Chinese Medicine University Construction Alliance and the Yangtze River Delta Medical Education Alliance.
