Appointment rules:

1, some outpatient clinics can be advanced by about 2 working days to 14 days, and special needs departments can be advanced by about 2 working days to 5 days, subject to the display on the appointment platform, and emergency appointments are not accepted;

2. There is no pediatrics in the hospital, and/kloc-children under 0/4 do not accept appointments;

3, the same department to make an appointment, before the completion of the previous visit, can not make an appointment for the second time;

4. Patients must leave their mobile phone number when making an appointment;

5. On the day of seeing a doctor, bring the original valid identity certificate of the patient;

6. To make an appointment for a follow-up visit, you need to fill in the outpatient magnetic card number or social security card number (social security cards are only available in Shanghai, and you can't make an appointment for Magnolia cards on the website). Patients from other provinces must provide outpatient magnetic card numbers;

7. The outpatient magnetic card number of Zhongshan Hospital is 9 digits, and the social security card number is 9 digits, with the first digit beginning with English letters and 8 digits (maybe the last digit is X);

8. Cancellation shall be made two working days in advance1before 6: 00 pm.
