Fudan University has implemented the plan of "Pre-admission for College Entrance Examination" in some provinces and cities.
As a national key university, Fudan University's mission is to cultivate and bring up talents for the society, and trying to recruit talents with this potential is the premise to complete its mission. In recent years, our school has successfully explored the reform of university enrollment with its unique independent enrollment plan, and is willing to try again with the unified college entrance examination system.
I. Principles of implementation
Experts in our school will give candidates more targeted guidance in applying for the exam based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness, eliminate the risk of candidates volunteering to fill in the report, and select candidates who meet Fudan's training philosophy.
Second, the implementation of provinces
Guangdong, Shandong, Hubei, Gansu, Chongqing, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Hainan, Guangxi and so on.
Third, the implementation measures
1. Announce the specific implementation measures of the above provinces on Fudan University Admissions Network and related media.
2. Accept candidates' consultation and registration within the specified time after the results of the college entrance examination are announced.
3. Organize experts from our school to interview qualified candidates, and give guidance to the institutions and majors applying for the exam.
4. Issue the Pre-Admission Notice to the students who have passed the interview, and report the list to the Provincial Admissions Office for the record.
5. Candidates who are pre-admitted should fill in the institutions and professional volunteers as required and go through the formal admission procedures.
Fourth, others.
1, the number of students enrolled in the above provinces will be expanded according to the situation of students.
2. In the professional arrangement of candidates in the above-mentioned provinces, the professional level difference rules for admission are no longer implemented.
3. Candidates who are interested in applying for the above provinces must get in touch with the Admissions Publicity Group of our school, and please pay attention to the information published by Fudan University Admissions Network.

Measures for the Implementation of "Pre-admission for College Entrance Examination" of Fudan University in Qinghai in 2009
In order to select young talents who are in line with Fudan University's concept of promoting quality education in the college entrance examination, Fudan University implemented the policy of "pre-admission for college entrance examination interview" in Qinghai this year after expert interviews and targeted guidance for applying for the exam.
"Pre-admission for College Entrance Examination" policy: Candidates who meet the basic conditions for admission to Fudan University and intend to apply for Fudan University must register with the Qinghai Admissions Publicity Working Group of Fudan University and be interviewed by experts. Fudan University will determine the pre-admission list according to the candidates' college entrance examination results and interview performance, and the head of the admissions team will issue the pre-admission notice, and at the same time provide professional volunteer guidance to the pre-admission candidates.
Fudan University plans to recruit 10 science and engineering candidates in Qinghai this year, including 3 majors in economics, 2 majors in electronic information science and technology, 2 majors in biomedical engineering and 3 majors in clinical medicine. From the perspective of specialty distribution, it is more optimized than last year, which will bring a broad space for the development of students in Qinghai. The school will also increase the enrollment plan when the students are good. Candidates are welcome to register and accept the selection.

June 25-June 26, 8: 00- 16: 00 before the college entrance examination for science and engineering 100 candidates (including policy scores) (please bring your ID card and college entrance examination transcripts) to register for consultation.
