There are 75 faculty members, including professors 10, 29 associate professors and 35 teachers with doctoral degrees. The implementation of the "two-part system" teaching system fully embodies the school-running policy of broad caliber, thick foundation and training export-oriented, applied and compound talents, and has become an academic base with academic research as the leading factor and equal emphasis on teaching and scientific research.

The undergraduate teaching level of the college was rated as excellent by the Ministry of Education. Build a professional teaching platform in the first and second grades and implement the comprehensive talent training strategy. The college adheres to the school-running philosophy of "student-oriented, teacher-oriented and teaching-oriented", and the undergraduate entrance examination rate, examination rate, passing rate of judicial qualification examination and employment rate are rising continuously, leading other universities in the province. There are 2 featured courses in Shandong Province, the second prize of Shandong Textbook 1, 4 featured excellent courses in Qingdao University, 2 famous teachers and 6 in distinguished professor.

The development of the college and the cause of legal education have also received strong support from all walks of life. In law school, we have successively implemented projects such as Deheng Lawyer Scholarship, Qindao Lawyer Scholarship and Ou Shuhua Education Scholarship. At present, the College and Qingdao Hong Guang Foreign Languages Institute are implementing the "British College Entrance Examination" project; Shandong Deheng Law Group implemented the "Deheng Teaching Laboratory Building" project.

The college is rich in continuing education resources, and can award master of law, bachelor's degree and master of law (JM) at master's degree, bachelor's degree and junior college level. Among them, the economic law undergraduate course and the law undergraduate course are the majors authorized by the Shandong Provincial Self-taught Examination Committee, and the economic law undergraduate course is the pilot institution of the credit system reform in Shandong Province. The college has various forms of foreign cooperation in running schools, and has signed joint school-running agreements with foreign universities such as Long Beach University in California. Based on serving the society and repaying the society, the College has carried out various forms of professional training and academic education in close cooperation with the political and legal systems and government departments in Qingdao and some parts of the province.
