But Sun Yat-sen Medical College may be higher than all universities in Guangzhou; Shantou University in Shantou, Guangdong Province should actually be equivalent to CUHK.

3. Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, 4 Jinan University; 5 South China Normal University

6. University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

7. Southern Medical University

8 South China Agricultural University

Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and Xinghai College are so popular that art schools can't compare with the above regular schools.
