Construction started on 20 18. The Pingyuan New District of Henan Normal University started construction on February 25th, 20 18, was officially completed on June 25th, 2020, and was completed and put into operation on March 20th, 20021year. The new plain area of Henan Normal University is located in the south of the plain in Xinxiang City, Henan Province. The construction contents include intelligent information center, financial center, sports and cultural center and modern educational science and technology research and development center.
