Building a campus culture with Socialism with Chinese characteristics's value system, distinctive characteristics of the times and RTVU's campus characteristics not only conforms to the requirements of the times for cultivating social compound talents, but also plays a positive role in promoting the construction of a strong cultural country. At present, the construction of characteristic campus culture under the open education environment has gradually been paid attention to by RTVU system, and has been actively studied and explored. This paper analyzes the cognitive deviation of the construction of characteristic campus culture under the open education environment, and advances some methods for the construction of characteristic campus culture under the open education environment.
