The second-level departments (colleges) of colleges and universities should establish league organizations, which are generally called "sub-league committees" or "league general branches", such as "league general branches of the University Conservatory of Music".

Let's talk about the student union. As we all know, the nature of student union is the spontaneous organization of students, and its working principles are "self-service, self-education, self-learning and self-management" (some schools may have different orders).

Grass-roots league organizations generally include these posts: secretary, deputy secretary, propaganda Committee member and organization Committee member. Individual organizations can set up other departments according to the actual work needs, and appoint relevant responsible persons, but the above four positions are necessary for grassroots organizations.

The student union has a chairman and several vice-chairmen. There is one Secretary-General and several Deputy Secretaries-General. The chairman, vice-chairman, chairman and deputy secretary-general are all members of the presidium. The duties of the Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General are to assist the Chairman in presiding over and carrying out various tasks. It is worth mentioning that some colleges and universities will entrust the post of "Secretary-General" to full-time teachers of the Youth League Committee in order to close the relationship between the Youth League Committee and the Student Union and effectively guide the work of the Student Union. This has formed a very interesting phenomenon, that is, the post of "Secretary-General" is not seen in the list of the presidium, and the order on the list is: Chairman, Deputy Secretary-General and Vice-Chairman. If not, it is: Chairman, Secretary-General, Vice-Chairman and Deputy Secretary-General.
