The examination content of college sports volleyball course is arranged by colleges and universities themselves, and the examination content is different in different colleges and universities. The contents of the examination generally include serving, cushion ball (single cushion ball, opposite cushion ball), passing ball (autobiography, opposite pass ball), spiking and other items. The following introduces the general situation of each project examination, which is subject to the requirements of colleges and universities.
(1) Serve: Generally, boys use overhand serve (frontal overhand serve, frontal overhand serve, hook serve, hook serve), while girls use underhand serve (frontal underhand serve or side underhand serve), which is located in the service area and serves 9 balls continuously.
(2) Buffering: The teacher throws the ball 9 times in front, back, left and right of the three-meter line on the opponent's court three meters away, and the students cushion the ball over the net by buffering.
(3) Passing: The student is located between the No.2 position and the No.3 position, receives the teacher's backcourt throw and passes the ball to the No.4 position for 9 times. The ball is required to be 30-60cm higher than the net and have a certain curvature.
(4) Spike: pass the ball at position 3 and smash it at position 4, with 3-5 people in each group rotating in turn, with 7 times of deduction.
