First, the enrollment target
The special plan of colleges and universities mainly recruits rural students who are eager to learn and have excellent grades in high schools below the county level (including county-level cities) in remote, poor and ethnic minority areas, and the specific implementation area is determined by the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Applicants must meet the following three conditions at the same time: (1) Meet the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in 2020; (2) I have a household registration with my father or mother or legal guardian in the rural areas of the implementation area, and I have been registered in the local area for more than 3 years; (3) I have been studying in the county high school where my household registration is located for three consecutive years and actually studied.
Second, enrollment majors and plans
In 2020, the special plan of colleges and universities will enroll 2 10 students (the number will be subject to the number issued by the Ministry of Education). See annex 1 for the catalogue of enrollment majors by province, and the enrollment plans by province are allocated according to the proportion of qualified candidates. The final enrollment professional (class) name and number of plans shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial enrollment examination institutions.
Three. Registration and qualification examination
(1) Registration time: May 6 to May 25, 2020.
(2) Registration method: Candidates voluntarily register and register online. Candidates complete the registration application on the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education (/gxzxbm), fill in and upload relevant materials according to relevant requirements. Candidates' majors (categories) when registering online are temporarily unified as "special programs for colleges and universities". When filling in the college entrance examination volunteers, choose specific majors (categories) according to the special plan of our college. Candidates from Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan can only choose majors that meet the requirements of professional elective subjects.
(3) Application materials
1. ID card;
2. The Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Form of the Special Enrollment Plan of Southwest University in 2020 (see Annex 2) shall be signed by the middle school and stamped with the official seal.
The above registration materials need to be scanned (or photographed) and uploaded to the registration system. The school does not accept paper registration materials. If the candidates fail to upload the materials on time as required and other personal reasons lead to unsuccessful registration, incorrect information filling, unclear scanned documents, etc., the candidates shall bear the corresponding consequences themselves.
(IV) Qualification Examination Before June 20, the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) completed the examination of the basic conditions of candidates. Before the end of June, the school organized experts to review the candidates' application materials.
Fourth, determine qualified candidates.
The school will study and determine the candidates according to the qualification examination, and publicize the list of candidates and related information before the end of June. Candidates who have no objection after publicity are qualified candidates for the special program of colleges and universities in 2020.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) admission method
The special plan of colleges and universities implements voluntary reporting and individual admission, and the admission is completed before the first batch of undergraduate courses begins. The admission scores shall not be lower than the admission control scores of a batch of undergraduate students in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the candidates are located (in the provinces where the first and second batches of undergraduate students are merged, the admission control scores of a batch of undergraduate students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Admissions Office). The school divides the provinces according to the scores of qualified candidates in the college entrance examination from high to low until the enrollment plan is completed. After the admission, the relevant admission results will be publicized.
Note: Qualified candidates in Jiangsu Province must achieve B+ and B at the same time when their college entrance examination scores meet the relevant requirements.
Operation and supervision of intransitive verbs
(1) Under the direct leadership of the leading group for enrollment work of Southwest University, the Admissions and Employment Department will make overall arrangements and supervise the enrollment work of the special plan of Southwest University. The school strictly implements the 30 "no" work bans and the "eight basic requirements" work disciplines of the Ministry of Education, and has not entrusted any individual or intermediary agency to carry out the work related to the enrollment of special programs in colleges and universities.
(2) The school strictly implements the "Ten Openness" requirements of the Ministry of Education, and publishes or publicizes information such as enrollment plan, registration conditions, admission principles, qualified list, admission list, consultation and appeal channels.
(3) Candidates themselves and relevant middle schools, units and individuals should apply and recommend in a fair, just and open manner in strict accordance with the procedures, and the graduate middle school (unit) where candidates are located shall not issue supporting materials that are inconsistent with the facts. If there is fraud, once verified, the candidates' admission qualification will be cancelled, and the responsible person will be severely dealt with in accordance with national laws and regulations.
(4) Southwest University Undergraduate Admissions Network (/) is the official website for undergraduate enrollment. The enrollment brochure, qualified list, admission list and other related information are published or publicized to the public through this website. Please pay attention to the candidates in time, and the consequences caused by failing to perform the corresponding procedures within the specified time or obtaining false information from other channels shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
