Haibin College of Beijing Jiaotong University is an independent college established by Beijing Jiaotong University and Ronghe Science and Education Co., Ltd. with the approval of the Ministry of Education. Located in Huanghua City, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, it belongs to the second batch of undergraduate admissions in Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Henan and Guangxi.
