GPA(grade point average (GPA for short) is a system for grading students' grades adopted by higher education institutions in most countries and regions. At the same time, a small number of middle and high schools have begun to use grade points as a scoring system to judge students' grades.

2. Calculation method of GPA

Generally, the calculation method of GPA is to convert the scores obtained by each subject into a GPA, which is weighted according to the proportion of credits obtained by each subject. Grade point is a very important condition in most schools' postgraduate walk-in exams. Generally speaking, schools need students with a GPA of 2.8 or above to be eligible for walks.
