It is an important task for village officials to solve difficult problems, grasp development and show their true colors when the masses get rich. Solving the difficult problems is to solve the common problems in rural areas, such as "difficulties in meeting, mediation, projects and family planning". The main difficulties in holding a meeting are: few people attend the meeting, old people attend the meeting, the meeting time is late, and the spirit of the meeting is difficult to implement and understand. Most disputes in rural areas are trivial matters, and whether they are big or small is related to the vital interests of the masses. If contradictions are not handled well, they are easy to intensify and affect the development of various work in the village. Rural disputes are often difficult to solve according to laws and regulations. Most of them can only be solved by town leaders, prestigious village cadres and retired old village cadres, or because of a special relationship between someone and both parties or one party to the dispute. Therefore, we should learn more from them, ask more questions, consult more, listen to the voices of the masses, become one with the group, and build deep feelings. Difficulties in project implementation: it is difficult to raise and coordinate funds, and infrastructure projects involve thousands of households, which is related to the economic and social development of the village. We should do it ourselves, be sensible and reasonable, and coordinate and handle things fairly and fairly; Difficulties in family planning work: men should have fewer children, be talented, and women should be extroverted. The idea of raising children to prevent old age is still deeply rooted in some villagers. It is necessary to vigorously publicize the preferential policies related to fewer children and healthier children, or do the work face to face, so that the national policy of family planning is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Of course, the village conditions and human feelings in different regions and places are different. Not all villages are the same, so we should treat them equally. We should seek truth from facts and analyze it in two ways because of people and things.

Promoting rural development and increasing farmers' income is the top priority of village officials.
