Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education in order to better implement the requirements of "ruling the country according to law", standardize the enrollment work of full-time ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as enrollment work) and ensure the smooth progress of enrollment work.

Article 2 The name of the school: Jimei University (GB code 10390) and the address of the school:No. Yinjiang Road 185, jimei district, Xiamen, Fujian (postal code: 36 102 1).

Article 3 The school is a public full-time multidisciplinary university in Fujian Province, with 20 colleges, * * * with 19 master programs, 57 undergraduate programs and 13 higher vocational colleges. The major covers eight disciplines: literature, science, engineering, agriculture, management, law, economics and teaching. Article 5 Graduates who meet the graduation requirements of our university shall be awarded the Jimei University graduation certificate electronically registered by the Ministry of Education; Those who meet the conditions for conferring degrees in our school will be awarded the corresponding degree in Jimei University.

Sixth school enrollment follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 7 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group with the principal as the leader and the vice president in charge as the deputy leader, and set up an enrollment office.

Eighth admissions leading group is the leadership and decision-making body of the school enrollment work. Its main responsibilities are to lead the enrollment work of the school, study and formulate policies for the enrollment work of the school, and make decisions on major issues.

The admissions office is the permanent institution of the school, and its main responsibilities are: implementing the national enrollment policies and regulations; Under the leadership of the school enrollment leading group, responsible for the organization and implementation of school enrollment.

Ninth school discipline inspection and supervision department is responsible for the supervision and inspection of the whole process of enrollment.

Undergraduate majors include: economics, international economy and trade, finance, finance, law, social work, educational technology, primary education, physical education, sports training, social sports, traditional national sports, Chinese language and literature, teaching Chinese as a foreign language, English, Japanese, musicology, fine arts, art design, mathematics and applied mathematics, information and computing science, applied physics, geographic information system and so on. Thermal energy and power engineering, automation, electronic information engineering, communication engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, building environment and equipment engineering, environmental engineering, transportation, navigation technology, ocean engineering, ship and ocean engineering, food science and engineering, bioengineering, animal science, aquaculture, marine fishery science and technology, information management and information system, engineering management, business administration, marketing, accounting.

Higher vocational majors include: navigation technology, marine engineering technology, numerical control technology, mold design and manufacturing, mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management, logistics management, computerized accounting, business English, machinery manufacturing and automation.

According to the annual enrollment scale and relevant regulations approved by the Ministry of Education and the provincial planning department, the school compiles and publishes enrollment plans of different provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). In 2007, the enrollment plan was 5,980 students, including 5,000 undergraduates, 80 ethnic minority preparatory students and 900 vocational students, and they were oriented to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Hainan and Chongqing. The specific enrollment plan and admission batch shall be subject to the college enrollment plan announced by the provincial admissions office or examination institute of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the candidate is located.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 12 The admission system of our school is the responsibility of the school, and the provincial admissions office supervises it according to the regulations of the Fujian Provincial Admissions Committee. The enrollment of new students strictly follows the enrollment policies and disciplines formulated by the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Article 13 The adjustment ratio of undergraduate majors is 1.20% of the enrollment plan, and that of higher vocational colleges is 1.654.38+0% of the enrollment plan. Art majors and high-level athletes who take professional examinations alone shall be recruited by the school at the provincial level where the candidates are located according to the assessment.

When the number of volunteers in the first college of our school is less than the planned number, reference volunteers can be admitted.

Fourteenth political, ideological and moral assessment mainly examines the performance of candidates themselves. When recruiting new students, they are audited according to the "political, ideological and moral performance" in the electronic files provided by the provincial recruitment offices. Candidates in any of the following circumstances will not be admitted:

(a) words and deeds against the Four Cardinal Principles, reform and opening up, or joining a cult organization;

(2) poor quality and moral corruption;

(three) disturbing social security, smuggling, corruption, theft, violation of social security management regulations or other criminal acts.

If there are any of the above problems, those who have repented after more than two years' investigation will be proved by their units and approved by the admissions committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the school will examine and decide whether to accept them.

Article 15 The requirements for candidates' physical health shall be in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the Supplementary Provisions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Jimei University (see the annex for details). For the requirements of national defense students' physical health, the "China People's Liberation Army College Entrance Examination Standard" shall be implemented.

Freshmen must have a physical examination after entering school. Candidates who do not meet the admission conditions or resort to deceit will be disqualified and their files will be returned to their original places.

Article 16 the principle of professional deployment

A, undergraduate admission, the school according to the enrollment situation, to determine the required line, that is, higher than the same batch, the same subject, each major admission minimum score line 10 (inclusive), and willing to obey the professional adjustment of candidates, in addition to physical conditions or political examination unqualified, in principle, should be adjusted in the school admission.

Second, according to the enrollment situation, the school first determines that some majors with more volunteers in the first major than planned are the first round of pre-admission majors, and pre-admission is carried out according to 1: 1.

Third, in the second round of pre-admission, the "grade difference" method is adopted for deployment. While considering the protection of the first volunteer candidates, the candidates who are admitted above the required line will be adjusted. Majors with more students can be transferred to majors with fewer students, and the admission process is fair, just and reasonable.

4. At the time of admission, the performance of the first major volunteer of undergraduate major was poor compared with that of other majors 10; The difference between the first professional volunteer and other professional volunteers in higher vocational colleges is 5 points; There is no grade difference between reference majors, which is regarded as parallel volunteer.

Five, enjoy the bonus policy candidates, in principle, according to the provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). In the case of the same score, priority can be given to admission.

Six, the school has a single subject performance requirement for some majors such as economy, management and language. (mainly English and math subjects). At the time of admission, the on-site enrollment leading group will determine the minimum control score of single subject according to the enrollment situation of each batch.

Seventeenth art and sports majors enrollment.

First, art majors

Arts majors in Fujian Province are both liberal arts and sciences, while arts majors outside Fujian Province only recruit liberal arts and liberal arts candidates. Among the candidates who have passed the cultural examination and professional examination at the time of admission, musicology and fine arts majors are admitted from high to low according to cultural points, and when the cultural points are the same, they are admitted from high to low according to professional points; Musicology (music performance direction) and art design majors are admitted from high to low according to their majors, and from high to low according to their cultures when their majors are the same.

2. Physical education majors are divided into two categories: unified recruitment and single recruitment. The physical education major in Fujian province should be both liberal arts and arts, while the physical education major outside Fujian province only recruits physical education science candidates.

The admission method of professional unified recruitment is that candidates who are qualified in both cultural examinations and professional examinations are admitted from high scores to low scores according to their majors. When the professional scores are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to their cultural scores.

Single-stroke majors are sports training and traditional national sports, and the enrollment targets are candidates above the second-level athletes (including the second-level). Professional examinations are conducted by our school in accordance with the special test standards stipulated by the State Sports General Administration, while cultural examinations are organized by the State Sports General Administration, and our school organizes examinations (national unified time). On the basis of the score line of cultural admission control determined by the school, candidates are selected according to their comprehensive achievements in style. Among them, the number of candidates who recruit first-class athletes (inclusive) or above in sports training specialty is not less than 15% of the total enrollment of the specialty, and the number of candidates who recruit first-class warriors (inclusive) or above in national traditional sports specialty is not less than 18% of the total enrollment of the specialty.

Article 18 National defense students only recruit high school graduates.

Nineteenth navigation technology, marine engineering, marine engineering technology and national defense students only recruit boys, and the proportion of male and female students in other majors is not limited.

Twentieth all majors only recruit English language candidates.

Chapter V Charging Standards and the System of Awards, Loans and Scholarships

Article 21 Professional fees in 2007.

First, the tuition standard.

1, undergraduate major:

Musicology and Fine Arts: 6000 yuan/year.

Musicology (direction of music performance) and art design: 7,000 yuan/year.

Software engineering major: 10000 yuan/year.

Other undergraduate majors: 3600 yuan/year.

2. Preparatory classes for ethnic minorities: 3,600 yuan/year.

3. Higher vocational majors:

Logistics management major (Sino-Canadian cooperative education):15,000 yuan/year (expenses related to studying abroad shall be borne by oneself).

Other higher vocational majors: 6000 yuan/year.

2. Accommodation fee: the college (major) arranges accommodation in a unified way. According to different accommodation conditions, 360 yuan/year to 1200 yuan/year (apartment) is charged.

If the above charging standards are adjusted, they shall be implemented according to the document standards of the competent department.

Article 22 Awards, loans and subsidies:

First, excellent scholarships:

1, suitable for undergraduates majoring in navigation, agriculture, forestry and normal university.

First prize: 800 yuan/academic year, the evaluation proportion accounts for10% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and miscellaneous fees;

Second prize: 600 yuan/academic year, the evaluation proportion accounts for 20% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and miscellaneous fees;

Third Prize: 400 yuan/academic year, and the evaluation proportion accounts for 30% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and miscellaneous fees.

2, applicable to other undergraduate majors (except navigation, agriculture and forestry, normal majors) students:

First prize: the prize amount accounts for 50% of tuition and fees, and the evaluation proportion accounts for 3% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and fees;

Second prize: the prize amount accounts for 30% of tuition and fees, and the evaluation proportion accounts for12% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and fees;

Third prize: the prize amount accounts for 0/9.5% of tuition and fees/kloc-,and the evaluation proportion accounts for 20% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and fees.

3. Suitable for students majoring in higher vocational education.

First prize: the prize amount accounts for 33.3% of tuition and fees, and the evaluation proportion accounts for 3% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and fees;

Second prize: the prize amount accounts for 23.3% of tuition and fees, and the evaluation proportion accounts for12% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and fees;

Third prize: the prize amount accounts for 0/8.3% of tuition and fees/kloc-,and the evaluation proportion accounts for 20% of the total number of students who have paid tuition and fees.

2. Individual awards and scholarships donated by the state, society, enterprises and individuals.

Third, the work-study program fund. Organize poor students to carry out work-study programs and help students solve some economic difficulties through labor. ?

4. According to the measures for the administration of student-origin student loans of the People's Bank of China, students from poor families should generally apply for national student loans at the bank where their families are located with the Admission Notice; Can also be issued by the local people's government at the township level "family financial difficulties certificate" and personal written application, after admission by the school according to the relevant conditions of student loans unified recommendation to the local bank to apply for national student loans.

Chapter VI Discipline Inspection

Twenty-third during the enrollment period, the school set up an enrollment monitoring group, which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of enrollment policies, regulations and duties by enrollment staff, and checking the deployment of candidates and the admission of new students. Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 24 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the School Admissions Office.

Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between the original documents and regulations on enrollment and the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail.

The rest of the majors are implemented according to the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.

First, undergraduate major

1, Maritime Water Major:

Navigation technology major: male candidates, healthy, with correct facial features, clear speech, normal liver function, negative Australian obstruction, naked eye vision of 5.0 or above, no color blindness and color weakness, and height 1.65 meters or above.

Marine engineering major: male candidates, healthy, with correct facial features, clear speech, normal liver function, negative Australian resistance, naked eye vision of 4.8 or above, no color blindness and color weakness, and height1.65m or above.

2. Physical Education Major:
