It is necessary to spend 10 minutes doing a warm-up exercise. Without warm-up, it is easy to get hurt (it is recommended to use the APP recreation circle, which will provide warm-up before running and stretching after running). You don't need to run too much at first, just add a little every day. The key is to persist. I am the first to go to the playground every day (running directly from the dormitory to the playground), but I seldom see people coming every day, usually two or three.
I have been running for four weeks. Now it takes about 40min minutes to run 7. 1km every day, and there are no sequelae the next day. I'm totally used to it. Unexpectedly, I only ran for 10 minutes on the first day.

Wear gloves
In the morning, the temperature will be lower I usually run with gloves (I have a cold constitution and my hands and feet are easy to get cold), but I will sweat a lot in the middle of running. Sweat-absorbing and breathable gloves are better.
Raise your head slightly and exhale intermittently through your mouth.
When the head is raised, the inhaled oxygen will enter the lungs more directly. You can't inhale through your mouth. Breathing in through your mouth will make you thirsty for a while, so you don't want to run. Breathing in is much more comfortable when you are short of breath.
After stretching, I will read e-books for a while, and then go to the cafeteria to buy breakfast.

Take a bath at 20:00
The reason why you take a bath so early is to let your hair dry naturally as much as possible. Hair dried by a hair dryer feels completely different from that dried naturally, but if it is still a little wet, it will be blown off (after bathing, you should apply body lotion and pay attention to the maintenance of your body), and then wash your clothes, do not pile up, and do a good job of personal hygiene.

English is a very useful language, and it is best to master it. I usually listen to VOA Special English, then do dictation (it's best to write everything down), and then watch some news.

2 General university schedule: two days on weekends.
Run as usual in the morning, and the time is the same. You can't relax because of the weekend.
Then review this week's course on the premise of completing the homework (the general college course is one chapter a week, and it is very efficient to review each chapter) and take notes.
For weekend invitations, I will consider whether the amount of review is beyond my control. If there is not enough time to play, I will put off the invitation and don't think about making up for it next time. This is a very inefficient idea. Don't think that refusing others' invitation will hurt your feelings. Learning to say no is also something a college student should have.
After studying the course, it's time to improve yourself. My interests are too wide, so there will be many things to do:
Learn and practice using office software.
Learn the use of PS, Premiere… software.
Watch a documentary.
Draw pictures and read cartoons.
Learn typesetting and design.
Anyway, I will do anything that I can appreciate.
Sunday afternoon will be used to watch movies. After watching the movie, there will be a feeling of self-sublimation.
Then, of course, preview ~ I will take time to write a weekly diary in the evening. I used to keep a diary, but I found that I didn't have something to write every day, but I wrote more in my weekly diary.
So my week's schedule is almost like this. Doesn't mean it can be completely unchanged every day. There must be deviations, but not every day. Make a plan just to let yourself know what to do in your spare time, not to brush Weibo, friends circle and space.
