Brief introduction of Dalian Maritime University:

Dalian Maritime University is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Transport of China. It is a national "double-class" "2 1 1 project" construction university and was selected as "1/plan". It is one of the few maritime colleges in the world recognized by the International Maritime Organization and enjoying international reputation. The school is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province. At present, there are Party Secretary Sun Yuqing and President Sun Yuqing. The school motto is "All rivers run into the sea, all rivers run into the sea".

History of Dalian Maritime University:

Dalian Maritime University was founded in 1909, which originated from the Department of Shipping Management of Shanghai Polytechnic School. It was formed by the merger of only three maritime colleges in China during the 40 years from the late Qing Dynasty to the founding of New China. 65438-0953, Dalian Maritime College was established by the merger of Northeast Maritime College, Shanghai Maritime College and Fujian Maritime College. 1994, Dalian Maritime College was renamed Dalian Maritime University.
