Welcome to Zhongnan University of Economics and Law! In order to help you enter the school smoothly, please read the following precautions.

First, the freshmen will come to the school newspaper at the specified time with the admission notice. Those who can't come to school on time for some reason must ask for leave from their college for no more than two weeks, and the hospital certificate must be provided to the college for sick leave. Those who are not allowed to take a vacation and fail to report within two weeks will be disqualified.

Please refer to Annex 1 for the registration places, contact numbers and bus routes of colleges and majors.

2. Freshmen who participated in the second selection organized by the School of International Education and the School of Finance of our school and were shortlisted for international cooperation in running schools will report and attend according to the corresponding campus of the school to which the project belongs. Please refer to the "20 13 International Joint Teaching Program Admissions Guide" sent with the admission notice for the second choice of the Institute of International Education; For the second choice of ACCA class, CGA class, CFA class of Finance College and economic management experimental class of Wen Lan University, please refer to the websites of relevant colleges.

Three, freshmen before coming to the school newspaper, please do the following things.

1. Do a good job of extracting paper documents. All freshmen who are admitted to our school should take the admission notice to the county (city, district) Admissions Office or graduation middle school to handle the extraction and handover procedures of paper files (students' high school files and college entrance examination materials). Students are advised to seal their schoolbags. If you choose confidential mail, the mailing address is: Student Management Office of XX College of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. The zip code is 430073, and the contact number is shown in annex 1.

2. Go through the formalities for the transfer of party members' organizational relations. Party member, a freshman, must go to the original unit to issue a letter of introduction to party member's organizational relations. The letterhead name of the letter of introduction on organizational relationship between Hubei students and party member should be filled in as "Organization Department of Party Committee of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law", and the letterhead name of the letter of introduction on organizational relationship between Hubei students and party member should be filled in as "Organization Department of Working Committee of Hubei Provincial Committee of Colleges and Universities". Files of party member materials are usually sent to our school together with students' paper files, or they can be sealed and carried with you. Freshmen are members of the * * * Youth League Committee. They must hold a member card and a member file. The member card must be stamped with the official seal of the transfer unit.

3. Registration procedures. Freshmen voluntarily move into their registered permanent residence. Please choose carefully. According to the relevant regulations of the state, students in poverty-stricken areas are not allowed to transfer their household registration when they register for school. Other freshmen should pay attention to the following matters when transferring their accounts:

(1) Freshmen's household registration transfer certificate shall be handled at the local police station with my ID card and admission notice. Freshmen who move their registered permanent residence out of Wuhan must issue a nationally printed anti-counterfeiting Household Registration Certificate; Wuhan newborn household registration transfer only needs to issue the "Household Registration Certificate". Fill in the unified account address: Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, or Nanhu Avenue 182, Donghu High-tech Development Zone, Wuhan City.

(2) The name, gender, nationality, date of birth, ID number and other related contents in the household registration book and household registration certificate must be consistent with the admission notice and file, and the original address must be consistent with the province of origin, and stamped with the special seal for household registration of the local police station. Please check it carefully. If there are any mistakes, we should correct them in time, otherwise we can't go through the formalities in registered permanent residence.

(3) Freshmen who plan to move into the school should copy their resident ID card, admission notice, household registration transfer certificate or their pages in the original household registration book for other procedures (such as student loans or password modification of bank debit cards such as postal services) before going through the admission formalities. The original will not be borrowed because it is submitted to the public security department for approval.

(4) The school will only move into registered permanent residence when the new students enter the school (September-165438+1October of the year of enrollment), and it will not be handled after the deadline. When entering school or graduating from employment, it involves the transfer of household registration, which is handled by students themselves.

4. Freshmen majoring in public security, investigation, investigation (the direction of duty crime investigation) and frontier management must truthfully fill out the "Political Examination Form for Admission of Professional Candidates in Political and Legal Colleges" (see Annex 2 for sample form), and the graduation school and the local police station where the household registration is located shall sign their opinions and affix their official seals.

5. Understand the charging standards and payment methods of school tuition and other expenses. (See Annex 3)

6. Students who need to apply for tuition deferment (i.e. green channel) and student loans shall do so in accordance with the procedures and required materials stipulated in the Funding Manual of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. For a detailed understanding of the various financial aid policies and measures of the state and schools, please refer to the pamphlet Introduction to Financial Aid Policies for College Students (printed by the National Student Financial Aid Management Center) and the Financial Aid Handbook (printed by Zhongnan University of Economics and Law) sent with the admission notice.

4. When freshmen come to the school newspaper, please bring the following materials: college entrance examination admission ticket, admission notice, ID card, paper file, household registration certificate or household registration certificate (freshmen who need to move out of their household registration), letter of introduction from party member on organizational relations (preparing for party member), organizational relations file materials, political examination materials (freshmen in public security) and proof of funds.

1. Seal up the paper files, League members' ID cards and League members' files, and hand them over to the counselors in their classes after arriving at school, to the counselors and teachers in their classes, and then hand them over to the archives room of the teaching and administrative department after being summarized by the college.

2. party member (party member)' s organizational relationship letter of introduction and sealed organizational relationship file materials should be handed over to the counselor teacher of his class when he enters school, and the counselor will summarize them and submit them to the Party Committee of his college.

3. Freshmen majoring in public security, investigation, investigation (the investigation direction of duty crimes) and frontier management should fill in the Political Examination Form for Pre-admission of Professional Candidates in Colleges of Political Science and Law as required, and submit it to their class counselors and teachers when they enter the school, and put it into the freshman file after summarizing it.

4. Freshmen who need to move into the household registration should submit the household registration certificate or household registration certificate to the school security department.

According to the relevant regulations, students who take the train can buy preferential tickets for students from home to Wuhan with the admission notice. Please get off at Wuchang Railway Station, Hankou Railway Station and Wuhan Railway Station. The school does not set up an off-campus welcome reception station. Please come to the school newspaper by bus when you arrive in Wuhan. See annex 1 for bus routes.

Six, the management of new dormitory apartments, by the school unified accommodation by college, major. Students can bring their own luggage and daily necessities, or they can buy a full set of daily necessities sold by the school logistics department at competitive prices (see Annex 4 for details and item prices).

Seven, freshmen, the overall participation in the basic medical insurance for urban residents in Wuhan, medical care into the scope of medical insurance. At the same time, in order to let students get more care, students can also choose student health insurance, so that students can become "double insurance" personnel of student health insurance and "academic insurance". Nine, warm tips:

1. Recruit new students in Shouyi and Nanhu Campus this year. Because the two campuses are far apart, the registration involves many departments. In order to facilitate the registration of freshmen, all departments work together to go through the formalities in a unified manner within the specified registration time. Please don't register in advance, delay or go to the wrong campus, otherwise it will bring you a lot of inconvenience.

2. Due to the limited receiving capacity of the school, students are advised to report to the school by themselves.

3. Pay attention to travel and property safety. Please take good care of your belongings, certificates and materials.

4. The school adopts digital orientation. The admission notice of freshmen and the attached Great Wall Debit Card of China Bank are affixed with bar codes for freshmen to use when they go through the registration formalities. Please take good care of the admission notice and the Great Wall Debit Card, and keep the bar code complete and tidy.
