The Regulations on Security Management Services stipulates the basic requirements for security guards as follows: Article 16 China citizens who are at least 18 years old, are in good health and have a junior high school education or above may apply for a security guard certificate and engage in security services. If the applicant has passed the examination by the public security organ of the municipal people's government with districts and retained human biological information such as fingerprints, he shall be issued with a security guard certificate.

Specific measures for extracting and retaining security guards' fingerprints and other human biological information shall be formulated by the public security department of the State Council.

Article 17 A security guard shall not be employed under any of the following circumstances: (1) Being detained for education, compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation, reeducation through labor or administrative detention for more than three times; (2) Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime; (3) The certificate of security guard has been revoked for less than 3 years; (4) The security guard's certificate has been revoked twice.

1, if one of the following conditions is met, a junior safety officer can be declared:

The professional guard has received the required standard hours training and obtained the certificate of completion. Have been engaged in this occupation for more than three months continuously.

2, have one of the following conditions, can declare the intermediate security officer:

After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of junior security officer, he has been engaged in his own position for more than 1 year. Obtained the intermediate vocational graduation (professional) certificate of the legally established occupational safety training institution. Retired soldiers, unit guards and other related security professionals, graduates of political science and law colleges with technical secondary school education or above, are willing to engage in this occupation.

3, have one of the following conditions, can declare a senior security officer:

After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of intermediate security guards in this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 2 years. Obtain a legally established junior college diploma in safety. Get a college degree and continue to work in this profession 1 year or more. Get a bachelor's degree diploma.

4, have one of the following conditions, can declare the safety division:

After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of senior security officer in this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously. Get a college diploma and have been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years. Get a bachelor's degree and have worked in this major for more than 3 years. Master's degree
