Management entrance exam: English is not less than 25 points, management entrance exam is not less than 80 points, and the total score is not less than 125 points; Other categories of single subject (full score 100) not less than 30 points, single subject (full score 150) not less than 45 points, single subject (full score >; 150) is not less than 90 points, and the total score is not less than 2 15 points.

1909, Jiaozuo Road and Mining School, the predecessor of Henan Polytechnic University, was born in Jiaozuo, the bank of the Yellow River and the sun of Taihang Mountain, becoming the first mining institution of higher learning in China and the earliest established institution of higher learning in Henan Province. The school has three campuses: South Campus, North Campus and West Campus, covering an area of 4 100 mu and a building area of10.4 million square meters.

At present, there are 23 teaching colleges, including Cheng Zheng College, Institute of International Education, College of Continuing Education (Safety Technology Training Center) and College of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with 82 undergraduate majors, covering nine disciplines: engineering, science, management, economics, law, literature, teaching, art and medicine. It enrolls students nationwide, with nearly 40,000 full-time undergraduates and more than 5,800 graduate students. There are currently 6 registered international students from 26 countries.

The school has a strong talent team. There are 3,264 faculty members, including senior professional title 1245 and doctor 1345. There are 9 academicians of the two academies (including double employment), 5 national talents, 26 experts specially invited by the the State Council Municipal Government, more than 200 national teaching masters, national outstanding teachers and outstanding talents of the Ministry of Education in the new century, and 47 teaching and scientific research innovation teams at or above the provincial and ministerial levels have been established.
